Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft

An international agreement eliminating tariffs and other trade barriers on civilian aircraft, flight simulators, airplane engines, and related pieces of equipment. It is binding on all World Trade Organization members that have agreed to it. The Agreement came into effect in 1980.
