Agency Manager

    0.02 sec.
Agency Manager
A person who manages a branch of an insurance company. Because the branch is located in a physical place, most of its clients will be local. The agency manager works for the company (unlike individual insurance agents, who are often self-employed). As a result, the manager receives a salary, rather than commissions, though he/she may receive a bonus periodically based on the number of policies sold.
