After-Sales Service
Any assistance a seller provides a buyer after a good or service is sold. For example, a car dealer may offer free or discounted service on a car for a year after purchase. Likewise, a computer manufacturer may offer free technical support to customers. After-sales services are important to building brand loyalty and generating repeat customers.
