Advocacy Center

Advocacy Center
A division of the U.S. Department of Commerce that advocates for American businesses and companies internationally. That is, it lobbies for international contracts for U.S. companies in order to encourage exports and thereby create or save American jobs. It works with development banks (such as the World Bank) in accomplishing its goals.
