Adjustment on Conversion Money that must be paid to or by a bondholder when a convertible bond is changed into another type of security. The bondholder may have to pay the adjustment, for example, if there is a difference in the par value of the two securities favorable to the issuer. Alternately, the bondholder may receive all coupons previously due on the convertible bond. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
