Advertising Club of New York
A voluntary, professional organization that helps to regulate the American advertising industry. It offers training and promotes good practices among members. Interestingly, it was the first supporter of the organization that ultimately became the Better Business Bureau. It was established in 1896 and was originally known as the Sphinx Club.
