Absentee Owner
An owner who is almost never physically present at a piece of real estate he/she owns. Absentee owners generally do not make repairs or improvements to their properties. If an absentee owner rents out a property, he/she does not interfere with what their tenants do (often even if what they do is illegal) and likewise often do not fulfill the legal requirements to maintain the property.

absentee owners are those people who are connected in large real estate investment that have purchased a lot real estate property In building a huge list of customers, personally looking for buyers or clients is considered as one of the best and traditional way in finding reliable buyers especially if you are on real state wholesale deals.
Current sales at $18,000 to $20,000 per week and growing with absentee Owners pulling out $2,000 per week after paying three managers, staff and all expenses.
Sadly, some absentee owners allow physical conditions to deteriorate and tenants to be irresponsible, further disappointing permanent homeowners.
