ASX Australian Securities Exchange The largest securities exchange in Australia, established in 2006 as the result of a merger between the Australian Stock Exchange and the Sydney Futures Exchange. ASX is a publicly-traded company, which is traded on its own exchange. The exchange is fully electronic and trades both stocks and derivatives.
