Address Change Service
A computerized service offered by the U.S. Postal Service automatically correcting inaccurate addresses for companies that maintain electronic mailing lists. The ACS sends the new address electronically so as to reduce (indeed, almost eliminate) the time and expense of changing addresses on a list manually. The ACS charges a small fee for each correction.
