Form 56-F

A form that a financial institution files with the IRS to declare that a fiduciary relationship exists between the filer and an estate or trust. The form is relatively simple, requiring the name, address, and other pertinent information of the fiduciary agent. The financial institution also files Form 56-F to announce the termination of the relationship. See also: Form 56.
